HER-CREED Foundation is an international non-profit organization established in 2024, dedicated to advancing the rights and wellbeing of women, girls, and young people through health, education, economic empowerment, and human rights advocacy.
We focus on four key pillars: Health, Education, Economic Empowerment, and Human Rights. These guide our programs to empower women and girls, ensuring sustainable development and equitable opportunities.
Through initiatives like “Voices for Justice,” “Back-to-School,” “Healthy Women, Healthy Communities,” “Made by HER,” “Women in Leadership,” and “Clean Water, Healthy Lives,” we provide safe spaces, scholarships, health services, vocational training, leadership development, and environmental sustainability projects.
You can support us by donating, volunteering, or partnering with us. Visit our Donate page to contribute financially, or explore our Get Involved page for volunteering and partnership opportunities.
We have trained over 1,500 women and youth in vocational and leadership skills, supported 500+ students with scholarships, provided mobile health clinics in rural areas, aided GBV survivors with safe spaces, and implemented WASH projects for community health.
We collaborate with the Ebonyi State Government, Ministry of Women Affairs, NAPTIP, Action Against Hunger, and other NGOs and UN bodies to scale our programs and advocate for gender equality and sustainable development.

HER-CREED was founded in 2024 to address systemic inequalities and promote the rights and wellbeing of women, girls, and young people.
HER-CREED was inspired by the need to tackle gender inequality, limited access to education and health, and economic barriers faced by women and girls, with a vision to create a more equitable society.
Ifeanyichukwu-Hilary Gloria, a political scientist and advocate, is the founder and Executive Director, leading with the innovative New Gender System (NGS) framework for equitable development.
The NGS, developed by our Executive Director, is a framework promoting balanced participation between men and women to foster equitable development and gender equality.
We use a robust Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) framework to track program outcomes, ensuring transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement in all our initiatives.
Our core values are Passion, Accountability, Transparency, Sustainability, Leadership, Integrity, Inclusion, and Community Engagement (PATS-LIINC), guiding every aspect of our work.
Through our “Voices for Justice” program, we provide safe houses, legal aid, psychosocial support, and medical care for GBV survivors, alongside advocacy and community workshops to prevent violence.
Our “Back-to-School,” “Empower HER,” and “Digital Bridges” programs offer scholarships, school supplies, mentorship, vocational training, and literacy hubs to empower women and youth.
Our “Healthy Women, Healthy Communities” program provides mobile clinics, maternal care, vaccinations, and campaigns on HIV/AIDS, malaria, tuberculosis, mental health, and nutrition.
Through “Made by HER” and apprenticeship schemes, we offer microfinance, seed grants, financial literacy, and vocational training to create sustainable livelihoods for women and youth.
Our “Clean Water, Healthy Lives” and “Green Guardians” projects provide boreholes, sanitation facilities, tree-planting, and climate adaptation workshops to build resilient communities.
Through the Youth Governance & Civic Engagement Forum and vocational training, we empower youth with leadership skills, civic education, and economic opportunities.
